In IPTV<\/a>Catch-up is een functie waarmee je eerder uitgezonden inhoud van bepaalde kanalen voor een beperkte tijd kunt bekijken, vergelijkbaar met een video-on-demand (VOD) dienst. Het werkt als een opname van programma's en evenementen, zodat je programma's die je hebt gemist kunt inhalen.<\/p>

De meeste IPTV <\/a>Diensten bieden deze optie, maar de beschikbaarheid varieert per kanaal en is meestal beperkt tot een bepaald tijdsbestek. Als kanaal X bijvoorbeeld een inhaalperiode van 48 uur heeft, kun je elk programma bekijken dat de afgelopen twee dagen op dit kanaal is uitgezonden. Dus als je een favoriete show of een live-evenement zoals een voetbalwedstrijd hebt gemist, kun je het alsnog bekijken door naar de inhaalbibliotheek voor dat kanaal te gaan.<\/p>

Catch-up is een handige manier om op de hoogte te blijven van inhoud zonder dat je het zelf hoeft op te nemen.<\/p>

Catch-up gebruiken op MAG Boxen<\/p>

Volg deze stappen om toegang te krijgen tot catch-up TV op een MAG box:<\/p>

1. Navigeer naar de kanaallijst
- Gebruik uw afstandsbediening om de kanaallijst op uw MAG box te openen.<\/p>

2. Selecteer het kanaal met Catch-up ingeschakeld
- Alleen bepaalde kanalen ondersteunen de inhaalfunctie vanwege opslagbeperkingen, omdat hiervoor grote hoeveelheden opslagruimte nodig zijn. Deze kanalen worden vaak gelabeld of aangegeven met een inhaalpictogram.<\/p>

3. Kies de inhaaloptie
- Als je op een kanaal zit met catch-up, zoek dan naar de catch-up of EPG (Elektronische programmagids)<\/a> optie. Met deze functie kun je programma's uit het verleden bekijken binnen het beschikbare inhaalvenster (meestal 24 tot 48 uur).<\/p>

4. Terugspoelen en afspelen
- Selecteer een programma dat je gemist hebt en je kunt terugspoelen naar elk punt in de uitzending en vanaf daar verder kijken. Na het kijken kun je gemakkelijk overschakelen naar andere programma's of live tv<\/a>.<\/p>
