No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Once your IPTV subscription has been activated and access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Service Activation
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service is considered used once access credentials are issued
- You waive your right to any refund after activation
Trial Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all customers test our service using a free trial (if available) before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to evaluate compatibility, performance, and content.
Responsibility of the Customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure their device is compatible with IPTV services
- Have a stable internet connection
- Verify that IPTV services are permitted in their region
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Poor internet connection
- Unsupported devices
- ISP restrictions or regional limitations
Service Interruptions
While we strive to provide a stable and high-quality service, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or factors beyond our control. Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
Account Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate our terms of service
- Share or resell access without permission
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
